In collaboration with the NSW Government's "Summer in Sydney" campaign, Premium Media embarked on an ambitious endeavor to elevate Sydney's bustling CBD into a global spectacle of hospitality excellence. Open for Lunch 2022 spanned four blocks of the city's busiest streets, along with a Western Sydney location, showcasing the city's world-renowned hospitality culture like never before.

At the heart of this monumental event, Premium Media prioritised the management of risk, safety and transparency by implementing risky.live™ across all venues. This decision not only ensured the well-being of attendees and staff but also facilitated seamless communication and reporting throughout the event.

Premium Media's safety officers utilised risky.live™ to provide real-time updates and reports to the world-class Command Hub. This centralised control center served as the nerve center of the operation, overseeing all aspects of event management and safety protocols. In addition to the risky.live™ platform, Premium Media bolstered its oversight by enlisting the expertise of independent risk advisors from riskysoftware. These seasoned professionals brought invaluable insights and perspectives, further strengthening the Command Hub's ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.

Furthermore, onsite Command Hub coordinators worked in tandem with the risky.live™ platform, leveraging its capabilities to streamline communication and decision-making processes. This collaborative approach ensured that any issues or incidents were addressed promptly and effectively, maintaining the integrity and success of Open for Lunch.

As a result of Premium Media's meticulous planning and implementation of risk management solutions, Open for Lunch was not only a breathtaking global spectacle but also a shining example of how technology and expertise can come together to create unforgettable experiences while prioritising safety and well-being.
